Cuando la sociedad disuelta esté obligada a pagar pensiones de jubilación hará la liquidación y pago de éstas por su valor actual, según la vida probable de cada beneficiario, conforme a las tablas acostumbradas por las compañías aseguradoras del país, o contratará con una compañía de seguros el pago periódico de la pensión por todo el tiempo en que estuviere pendiente el riesgo.
