Los recursos del Impuesto sobre la Renta para la Equidad (CREE), de que tratan los artículos 23 y 24 de la Ley 1607 de 2012, apropiados en el Presupuesto del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público en la presente vigencia fiscal para financiar el Sistema de Seguridad Social en Salud, deberán ser transferidos al Fosyga a partir de enero de 2014 en los términos establecidos por el referido artículo 24.
