Durante el período de sesiones a que se refiere el artículo anterior el Congreso se ocupará exclusivamente del Proyecto de ley " por medio del cual se aprueba el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo", de conformidad con los artículos 341 de la Constitución Política, el artículo 4º de la Ley 3a. de 1992, el artículo 85 de la Ley 5a. de 1992 y el artículo 20 de la Ley 152 de 1994.
