Artículo primero . Prorrógase hasta el primero de agosto de 1982 el plazo para que los extranjeros titulares de visas vigentes, expedidas con anterioridad a la vigencia del Decreto 2955 de 1980 ajusten su situación jurídica a lo establecido en el citado Decreto.
