ARTICULO 64. Junta Técnica de Adquisiciones. La Junta Técnica de Adquisiciones asesora al Director General en las adquisiciones de elementos y servicios cuando se requiera para su perfeccionamiento contrato escrito.

Parágrafo

La Junta Técnica de Adquisiciones estará integrada y cumplirá las funciones conforme lo determinen la ley y los reglamentos.
