Artículo quinto. Facúltase a la Junta de Inteligencia. Nacional para

Crear transitoriamente Juntas Locales de Inteligencia cuando las circunstancias de orden público así lo requieran, las cuales deberán constituirse con representantes de las autoridades civiles, militares, de Policía y del DAS, presentes en el área.

Complementar las Juntas creadas mediante el presente Decretó, con otros representantes de entidades oficiales o particulares, cuando así lo requieran las necesidades de orden público.
