Articulo 188. De la comunicación de la calificación. El jefe inmediato deberá comunicar por escrito a su subalterno el resultado de la evaluación y podrá intercambiar impresiones al respecto con el funcionario calificado, con el objeto de buscar e! mejoramiento en su desempeño.
