ARTICULO 157. Asesoramiento y otras actuaciones ilegales. El empleado oficial que ilegalmente represente, litigue, gestione o asesore en asunto judicial, administrativo o policivo, incurrirá en arresto de seis (6) meses a dos (2) años, en multa de un mil a veinte mil pesos e interdicción de derechos y funciones públicas de uno (1) a cuatro (4) años. Las penas se aumentarán de una tercera parte a la mitad si el responsable fuere funcionario o empleado de la Rama Jurisdiccional o del Ministerio Público.
