Art. 1.° Decláranse abandonados los destinos del orden judicial cuyos funcionarios se hayan levantado en armas contra el Gobierno, ó se hayan manifestado hostiles en los términos previstos en el Capítulo 3.°, Libro 2.° del Código Penal. Los empleados del mismo Ramo á quienes corresponda proveer esos puestos, procederán á nombrar los correspondientes reemplazos.
