Las Cámaras de Comercio o martillos legalmente autorizados, podrán operar y administrar sitios de internet para la venta o martillo electrónico de los bienes dados en garantía. La entidad que administre dichos sitios de Internet, deberá contar con mecanismos electrónicos para resolver los conflictos de interés, por cualquier mecanismo alternativo de solución de conflictos.
