Cuando conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 4º de este Decreto se determine que un bien procesado fuera de Colombia es originario de este país, dicha determinación no será tomada en cuenta y el país de origen del bien será el último país donde el bien tuvo un proceso de producción distinto al procesamiento menor.
