Art. 14. Las votaciones se harán en sesion pública i permanente ante la Corporacion municipal, i en su caso, ante las Juntas mencionadas en los artículos 9.° i 12 de este decreto, desde las siete de la mañana hasta las dos de la tarde, i a esas horas se dará un redoble de tambor o un pregon para anunciar al público que el acto comienza o que queda cerrado.
