amends decreto 1344/70

El artículo 219 del Decreto-ley 1344 de 1970, quedará así:

Artículo 219. El conductor de un vehículo que obstaculice el tránsito por falta de combustible, incurrirá en multa equivalente a tres (3) salarios mínimos. Si el vehículo fuere de servicio colectivo urbano y el hecho ocurre durante la prestación del servicio, la multa será de cinco (5) salarios mínimos.

Artículo 74. El artículo 220 del Decreto-ley 1344 de 1970, quedará así:

Artículo 220. El conductor de un vehículo de servicio público que lo provea de combustible llevando pasajeros, incurrirá en multa equivalente a veinte (20) salarios mínimos. El propietario del expendio de gasolina que lo provea de combustible en las condiciones establecidas en este artículo, incurrirá en multa de cuarenta (40) salarios mínimos.
