La reforma de los Estatutos de que trata el artículo anterior requerirá, para su vigencia, únicamente, la aprobación de la Superintendencia Bancaria.

Parágrafo

Las actas respectivas y la Resolución de la Superintendencia Bancaria se protocolizarán por el Gerente en una Notaría de Bogotá.
