Se autoriza al Poder Ejecutivo para contratar al servicio de remolcadores i trasporte de mercancías desde los buques que fondeen en la bahía de Nisperal hasta Salgar miéntras se consigue la prolongación del ferrocarril de Bolívar hasta la bahía de Nisperal, segun lo dispuesto en el artículo 4.° de esta lei.

Paragraph (parágrafo)

Parágrafo. Este contrato se sacará a licitación por el término de seis meses, haciéndolo publicar en los períodicos del páis en los estranjeros que tengan mas circulación.
