La mercancía extranjera que llegue bajo fianza a cualquier aduana, será verificada y revisada a su llegada, de acuerdo con lo reglamentos. Cuando la primera llegada de esa clase de mercancía a la República sea por mar, la aduana adonde llegue consignada recibirá una copia autenticada del sobordo de la nave relativa a su embarque original, junto con los demás documentos a que esté obligado el transportador.
