Artículo segundo. La Comisión de Aguas de la Sabana de Bogotá tendrá una Junta Directiva integrada por el Ministro de Agricultura, o su delegado quien la presidirá; un Ingeniero Agrónomo nombrado por la Sociedad de Agricultores de Colombia; Un Representante del Banco de la República, y dos miembros nombrados respectivamente por el Acueducto Municipal de Bogotá y las Empresas Unidas de Energía Eléctrica de la misma ciudad. La Junta designará al Administrador de la Comisión y el personal técnico y administrativo que se requiera y le fijará sus sueldos.
