Art. 27. A todo Capitán, Injeniero o Piloto u otra persona empleada a bordo de cualquier buque do vapor, por cuya mala conducta, neglijencia o descuido en el cumplimiento de sus respectivos deberes, pierdan la vida cualesquiera personas que vayan a bordo, se le considera culpable de homicidio en el caso del artículo 641 del Código Penal.
