° El actual Interventor oficial del ferrocarril de Bolívar asumirá las funciones señaladas al empleado de que habla el artículo 5.° del mismo contrato. En consecuencia, a cargo de dicho Interventor estará la supervijilancia jeneral de la empresa, i él ordenará los gastos i rendirá las cuentas de ella, en la forma legal.
