Decreto 1521 de 1957 · Por el cual se reglamenta el subsidio familiar

ARTICULO 3o. <Ver Notas del Editor> Las Cajas de Compensación Familiar que se funden en el futuro deberán reunir los siguientes requisitos: a). Ser organizadas en forma de corporaciones, y obtener personería jurídica; b). Reunir un mínimo de veinte (20) empresas o patronos afiliados, en las cuales haya no menos de doscientos (200) trabajadores con derecho a recibir el subsidio.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio del trabajo, podrá establecer excepciones al ordinal b) de este artículo, cuando las circunstancias del lugar impidan el cumplimiento de dichos requisitos.
