Para los colombianos residentes en otros países, que estén pendientes de regularizar su situación militar, la Organización de Reclutamiento y Movilización en coordinación con la Cancillería, las oficinas consulares, misiones diplomáticas y demás oficinas del Gobierno colombiano en el Exterior, realizarán lo propio para dar a conocer dicho contenido y atender la mencionada población.
