Correos y Telégrafos-Personal y material. Artículo 21 B. Para atender al pago de la suma de $ 18,900 que quedó á favor de los señores Camilo Carrizosa y Jorge Vélez en la liquidación formada de acuerdo con el artículo 3.° de la Ley 70 de 1909 $ 18,900.
