ARTICULO 27. APROBACIÓN DE GRADOS. Los grados de oficiales Generales que confiere el Gobierno Nacional, se someterán a la aprobación del Senado de la República. Obtenida dicha aprobación, los ascensos producirán todos los efectos desde la fecha en que se otorguen.
