Reconocimiento a solicitud del interesado. Cualquier interesado podrá pedir que se cite a las personas indicadas en el artículo 272, para el reconocimiento de documentos privados manuscritos o firmados. La diligencia se practicará como disponen los artículos 273 a 275 después de lo cual se entregará la actuación original al solicitante, dejando en el juzgado copia autentica de ella y del respectivo documento.
