Artículo Cuarto. La Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro determinará la fecha a partir de la cual comenzará a prestar el servicio la Oficina de que trata el artículo 1o. de este Decreto y tomará las medidas conducentes para el traslado de archivos y la instrucción de los nuevos empleados, entre tanto, el servicio continuará prestándose como se realiza en la actualidad.
