El valor de las prestaciones en especie y en servicio se establecerá sobre la base del costo medio unitario de cada acto médico, servicio o prestación en la institución que los hubiere suministrado, correspondiente al año inmediato anterior a aquel que ese hubieren otorgado dichas prestaciones.
