Objeto. Sin perjuicio de otras formas de protección, la presente Ley tiene por objeto garantizar la libre y leal competencia económica, mediante la prohibición de actos y conductas de competencia desleal, en beneficio de todos los que participen en el mercado y en concordancia con lo establecido en el numeral 1 del artículo 10 bis del Convenio de París, aprobado mediante Ley 178 de 1994 .
