° El tiempo que una jineta de buena conducta hubiere estado suspendida no se tomará en cuenta para la obtención de la siguiente. En esta forma, para llenar los requisitos que contempla el artículo 1° de este Decreto, la concesión de una jineta de buena conducta deberá sufrir retardo del mismo tiempo en que la anterior estuvo suspendida.
