Obligación servicio. El Agente que ascienda a Oficial habiendo cursado sus estudios en comisión como tal, tendrá la obligación de servir en la jerarquía nueva un tiempo igual al doble del que hubiere durado en comisión. En caso de incumplimiento pagará a la Escuela de formación de Oficiales la suma a que se refiere el inciso segundo del artículo anterior, dentro de las condiciones en él establecidas, por cada año que dejase de servir.
