Si se trata de delitos cometidos por individuos no justiciables por la autoridad militar y por militares u otros individuos sujetos a ésta, todos los procesados deberán ser remitidos a los Jueces ordinarios, pero respecto de los militares se observarán, en la aplicación de las penas, las fijadas en esta Ley.
