Las cámaras de comercio estarán en la obligación de habilitar mecanismos tecnológicos necesarios para permitir que el proponente realice los trámites de manera virtual, tales como la presentación del formulario, el anexo de los documentos requeridos y el pago. En todo caso para hacer uso de este servicio, deberá verificarse la identidad de la persona que realiza el trámite no presencial.
