°. Responsabilidad de los proveedores . Los proveedores de redes y servicios de telecomunicaciones sujetos a la aplicación del presente decreto, desarrollarán los estudios respectivos de cuantificación del Déficit. Al momento de presentación de resultados al Ministerio de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones, deberán anexar como soporte las bases de datos de facturación y recaudo del período de cuantificación.
