Art 18. Cuando la Comunidad no haga el nombramiento conforme al artículo anterior, cualquiera de los comuneros podrá ocurrir al Juez para que los convoque á lugar y en día y hora determinados, a fin de que bajo la presencia del mismo Juez hagan el nombramiento, que podrá hacerse en este caso por cualquier número de comuneros que concurra, y en su defecto por el mismo Juez.
