El artículo 10 del Decreto número 2978 de 1960 quedara así:

"Trasládanse al Fondo Nacional de Caminos Vecinales los equipos de Construcción de vías que fueron obsequiados por el Punto IV para las campañas de rehabilitación y acción comunal, con destino al cumplimiento la misma finalidad".
