Los concesionarios de televisión no podrán enajenar o ceder derechos o partes sociales, sin previa autorización del Consejo Nacional. Así mismo, tendrán que someter al Consejo Nacional cualquier cambio en la esencia de la programación aprobada en sus espacios.
