Responsabilidad por los residuos sólidos generados en el cargue y descargue de mercancías y materiales . Los responsables de cargue, descargue y transporte de mercancías o materiales, deberán recoger los residuos sólidos originados por esas actividades y entregarlos a la persona prestadora del servicio público de aseo. El control y vigilancia de esta obligación estará a cargo de las autoridades de policía.
