A partir de la fecha, los alcaldes de los departamentos de Arauca, Casanare, Caquetá, Guaviare, Meta, Putumayo, Vaupés y Vichada, deberán restringir la locomoción de personas y vehículos por vía terrestre o fluvial, desde y hasta sus municipios, entre las 18:00 horas de cada día hasta las 6:00 horas del día siguiente.
