El Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda dirigido a los hogares vinculados al proyecto de reorientación del crecimiento urbano de Tumaco, podrá ser otorgado en especie por el Inurbe según lo establecido en el presente decreto y en la reglamentación que expida la junta Directiva del Instituto Nacional de Vivienda de Interés Social y Reforma Urbana, Inurbe.
