El cargue y descargue de mercancías destinadas a los almacenes, depósitos o bodegas, o que en los mismos hayan de ser embarcados en naves aéreas, en carros de ferrocarril y otros vehículos, deberán ser hechos por el personal suministrado por la Zona, pero la Gerencia está facultada para permitir en casos especiales que esta clase de trabajos se ejecuten por los mismos interesados.
