LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 4°. Los depósitos a término, a la orden o en cuenta corriente en el Banco Popular, no podrán exceder para cada persona o entidad particular de $ 30.000.00. Fijase asimismo en la suma de $ 30.000.00 el límite máximo de las operaciones de crédito que el Banco Popular puede efectuar a cada persona o entidad, distinta de las entidades nacionales, departamentales o municipales.
