CONTROL FISCAL A ASOCIACIONES, COOPERATIVAS, CORPORACIONES Y OTRAS ENTIDADES DESCENTRALIZADAS INDIRECTAS. La Contraloría General de la República establecerá un control fiscal del gasto que les permita operar con agilidad y eficacia en el cumplimiento de sus objetos sociales a las asociaciones y cooperativas de entidades públicas o corporaciones del mismo género y otras entidades descentralizadas indirectas, que funcionen en la actualidad o se establezcan en el futuro.

Parágrafo

El control fiscal a que se refiere el presente artículo será únicamente posterior.
