Terminación de las querellas por falta de impulso. Cuando en las querellas se requiera de impulso procesal para su continuación o la ejecución de una carga impuesta al querellante, sin que se haya realizado el impulso o la carga, y transcurrido un término de 15 días del vencimiento para hacerlo, se podrá decretar la terminación del proceso.
