Por conducta concluyente . Cuando se hubiere omitido la notificación, o se hubiere hecho en forma irregular, se entenderá cumplida si la persona hubiere actuado en la diligencia o en el trámite a que se refiere la decisión o interpuesto recurso contra ella o de cualquier forma la mencione en escrito o diligencia que obre en el expediente. Se considerará notificada dicha providencia en la fecha de la presentación del escrito o de la realización de la diligencia.
