Si la extradición fuere concedida al procesado o condenado, se le detendrá y se entregará en la frontera o en un punto colombiano a los agentes del que país que lo hubiere solicitado.

Si fuere rechazada la petición, en la misma providencia se ordenará poner en libertad al detenido.
