Los memoriales y actuaciones de toda clase sobre adjudicación de baldíos cuya extensión no exceda de veinte hectáreas, en las cuales quedan comprendidos el lote o porción cultivada y el otro tanto de que habla el artículo 1º se extenderá en papel común, excepción hecha de la Resolución sobre adjudicación y de las copias que expida el Notario y la remisión de los expedientes se hará libre de porte por los correos nacionales.
