Temporalidad de la intervención . La intervención administrativa será ordenada hasta por el término de un (1) año, prorrogable por igual periodo, mediante acto administrativo motivado. No obstante, el Contralor General de la República podrá decidir sobre la terminación de la intervención administrativa en cualquier tiempo, comunicando lo pertinente al Auditor General de la República, al contralor territorial respectivo y a la Asamblea Departamental o Concejo municipal o distrital correspondiente.
