EL CONPES PODRÁ FIJAR LAS TASAS DIFERENCIALES POR EFECTO DE LOS AVALÚOS CATASTRALES. El Consejo Nacional de Política Económica y Social, CONPES, podrá revisar y fijar tasas generales o diferenciales para la renta presuntiva, cuando mediante estudios adelantados por el Gobierno determine que la incidencia de los avalúos catastrales sobre el monto de esta renta, sea especialmente onerosa para algunos sectores de la economía.
