El Ministerio de Educación Nacional tendrá en cuenta lo dispuesto en los artículos 13 y 14 del presente decreto, al definir los requisitos mínimos que deben reunir los establecimientos para la prestación del servicio educativo. Igualmente, las secretarías de educación, departamentales y distritales deberán atender lo establecido en este capítulo, en el momento de otorgar la licencia de funcionamiento o el reconocimiento oficial de los establecimientos educativos.
