Las señales o instalaciones de cualquier clase, destinadas a afianzar la seguridad de la navegación aérea, se consideran como servicio directamente relacionado con ella, y su establecimiento es, por consiguiente, grave motivo de utilidad pública.

Parágrafo

Toda persona esta en la obligación de facilitar la instalación y funcionamiento de dichos servicios.
