Las penas señaladas en elArtículo precedente se aumentarán de la tercera parte a la mitad, a quien lleve armas consigo al lugar en que se reúne una corporación pública o una parte del pueblo, como también cuando el autor de la contravención haya sido condenado antes por violencias contra las personas o las propiedades, o esté sujeta a la vigilancia de la autoridad.
